Who we are

This website is operated by London Construction House Ltd, trading as London Constructions, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14693321. What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect your name, phone number, email address, the postcode of the property, the service you are asking about and whatever you write in the message. We do not collect anything else, and the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry: to contact you, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — you have asked us to price a job, and we need your details to do that. If you go on to become a customer we keep the records needed for the contract and for our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. We may pass relevant details to a structural engineer, architect or building control body where that is necessary to price or carry out your job, and to our email provider, which hosts the mailbox your enquiry arrives in.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to completed work are kept for six years, which is the period we may need them for contractual, insurance and tax purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email info@london-constructions.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit. Enquiries are stored on our server with access restricted to the people who need it.
