How we work

Most building jobs go wrong in the gaps — between the builder and the electrician, between the structural work and the fit-out, between what was quoted and what turns up on the invoice. We work as one team across the whole job so those gaps do not exist.

That means the people who dug the foundations are the same outfit handling the plastering and the final decoration. It means the structural engineer's drawings get read by the person building to them. And it means one number to call when you have a question, rather than being passed between trades.

We work across 5 local authorities in West and North-West London. Knowing which council you are dealing with, what they pass and what they refuse, is worth more than it sounds — it is the difference between a straightforward application and a refused one.

Quotes and paperwork

Every quote follows a site visit. We do not price off photographs, because what is under the ground and inside the walls changes the number more than the floor area does.

The quote itself is itemised: materials, labour, timescale and — just as important — what is excluded. Where the job is notifiable we handle building control from the start and hand you the completion certificate at the end, because an unsigned-off loft or knock-through costs you at survey when you come to sell.
