We work across West and North-West London — Ealing, Acton, Chiswick, Hammersmith, Harrow, Wembley and the surrounding areas. South-West London by arrangement. Staying local means shorter travel, faster site visits and a team that knows the local authorities.
Do you give free quotes?
Yes. We come out, measure properly and look at the structure rather than pricing off a photo, then send a written itemised quote with materials, labour, timescale and exclusions set out clearly.
Are you insured?
All structural work guaranteed, fully insured, and every job signed off to building regulations.
Do you handle planning and building control?
Yes. We check the property against the local authority records before quoting, prepare and submit applications where needed, serve Party Wall notices, and arrange building control inspections through to the completion certificate.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the size of the job and what is already in the diary, but we will give you a realistic start date in writing rather than a date we cannot hold. Small works often start within a few weeks.
